By accessing ABACC Connect you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a member institution, you agree to them on that institution's behalf as well.

Membership in ABACC Connect is institutional. Accounts are issued to staff of member institutions and to approved corporate partners; there is no public self-registration. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Use the platform for association business and professional collegiality. Do not misuse member data, scrape or bulk-export the directory, post unlawful or harassing content, attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the operation of the service.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant ABACC a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the platform for association purposes. ABACC may remove content that violates these terms.

Text message notifications are optional. Consent is not a condition of membership, of creating an account, or of using ABACC Connect. If you opt in, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Full program details are on the text message notifications page.

Membership dues, conference registrations, and other fees are billed to the institution or individual as stated at the time of purchase. Refunds follow the published policy for the relevant program.

ABACC Connect is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Content shared by members is for professional information only and is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABACC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or where membership has lapsed.
